To enroll with SFA for our Record Keeping Option, please print and mail this form or choose this form if you wish to fill it out and submit it online. Fill in, save, and send by uploading it with the form below. If you can not save the file after filling in your information, simply print it and then scan it, save it as a file on your computer, and then attach it to the submission form below or mail it to Sancta Familia Academy, 1204 N. Harbor City Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32935. Optionally, you can also scan your form filled out by hand and use the submission form on this page or email it to dnoonan@sanctafamilia.net.
Web membership is free for enrolled students
However, you must request membership at sanctafamilia.net in order to set up your account. The $15 membership fee is not required to complete the registration process. If you have already paid your enrollment fee, simply ignore the request for payment.
Support Group and Co-op Membership is not included in the enrollment fee.
Local families must pay Membership Dues in addition to enrollment fees in order to participate in classes and / or activities at the Academy. The dues helps to off-set the expense of operating our facility, including rent, utilities, insurance, maintenance, and more. A separate form does NOT need to be filled out in order to add support group and co-op membership to your enrollment, but you can use this page to pay the annual dues.
